Production Accountant - Poole - £65K + Benefits

Are you a commercially-minded Accountant looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact within a rapidly growing, private equity-backed SME?

If so, Venture Recruitment is working with a Poole-based manufacturer who would like to speak with you.

The business is currently undergoing transformative growth, expanding their B2B and B2C offerings.

This is a pivotal role, translating raw data from the manufacturing plant into financial reporting assessing factory performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Prepare accurate weekly Production reporting.
2. Review and report on daily Production and Yielding performance.
3. Control Product Costings, meticulously monitoring Budget vs. Actual performance.
4. Report on daily Wages, closely tracking Budget vs. Actual performance.
5. Act as a trusted business partner to Production Management, providing meaningful financial insights to optimize performance.
