Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Product Engineer to support the Critical Care team through technical investigations, product testing, and sustaining engineering activities. You will lead root cause investigations, evaluate product and supplier changes, and generate technical evidence to support decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• Engineering experience through industry, internship, co-op, or academic projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze technical data and communicate findings effectively.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause investigations related to product performance issues, customer complaints, supplier changes, and design-related production non-conformances.
• Plan and execute sample builds, engineering evaluations, and verification activities to support investigations, product development, sustaining engineering, and externally driven changes.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and communicate technical recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Drive quality system records through all phases of execution by coordinating stakeholders, building alignment on proposed actions, and ensuring timely implementation and closure of required deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, reliability, and customer experience.
