Job summary

Graphcore Early Careers invites applications for a 12-week Summer Internship in Manufacturing Operations (Product Test). Based in Bristol, you will work on AI hardware test, diagnosis, and improvement across silicon, boards and systems, developing automated tests and analyzing results under experienced engineers.

You’ll learn semiconductor test and diagnosis, gain hands-on hardware experience, and contribute to real projects with potential career pathways into Graphcore’s graduate programmes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related field.
• Understanding of electronics or PCB fundamentals.
• Programming or scripting experience, ideally with Python.
• Ability to use data to investigate problems and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Test and diagnose AI hardware across silicon, boards, server blades or rack-scale systems.
• Develop automated test solutions and run system-level tests.
• Analyze results and help improve test processes and tooling.
