Outsource UK is seeking a Product Sustaining Engineer in Bristol on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on supporting thermal management products through their lifecycle, leading improvements and engineering changes.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and drive product reliability across the lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in sustaining, product development or manufacturing engineering.
• Mechanical, Electromechanical or Product Design Engineering background.
• Strong 3D CAD and engineering drawing skills.
• Experience with commercially released products and engineering changes.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Thermal management, heating, fluid control or industrial equipment experience is advantageous.

An exciting opportunity is available for a Product Sustaining Engineer to join a global high-technology engineering organisation, supporting innovative thermal management products throughout their lifecycle.

You’ll lead product improvements, engineering changes and technical problem-solving, working closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and engineering teams.

• 3–5 years’ experience in sustaining, product development or manufacturing engineering
• Mechanical, Electromechanical or Product Design Engineering background
• Strong 3D CAD and engineering drawing skills
• Experience with commercially released products and engineering changes
• Ability to understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Thermal management, heating, fluid control or industrial equipment experience is advantageous
