Outsource UK Limited in Bristol is seeking a Product Sustaining Engineer to support Thermal Management Solutions across the product lifecycle. You will drive improvements, manage engineering changes and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and wider engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in sustaining, product development or manufacturing engineering.
• Background in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Product Design Engineering.
• Strong 3D CAD and engineering drawing skills.
• Experience with commercially released products and engineering changes.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience in thermal management, heating, fluid control or industrial equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead product improvements and engineering changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and engineering teams.
• Support sustaining activities for existing products and platforms.
• Contribute to design reviews and BOM updates as needed.

An exciting opportunity is available for a Product Sustaining Engineer to join a global high-technology engineering organisation, supporting innovative thermal management products throughout their lifecycle. You’ll lead product improvements, engineering changes and technical problem-solving, working closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and engineering teams.

We’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ experience in sustaining, product development or manufacturing engineering


• Mechanical, Electromechanical or Product Design Engineering background


• Strong 3D CAD and engineering drawing skills


• Experience with commercially released products and engineering changes
