About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Technician to join our orthotic manufacturing team at our site in Leeds.

The successful candidate will facilitate the movement of orders across orthotic production. Working with the Production Planner, you will assist in planning orthotic work orders daily, ensuring lead times and customer expectations are met while working within Quality and HSE standards.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow up on patient orders across all orthotics manufacturing departments.
• Ensure all orders are processed and manufactured in date order.
• Provide the Production Planner with up-to-date, accurate information on the status of all patient orders.
• Keep Team Leaders informed of order progress and production issues, supporting their ability to meet key KPIs.
• Assist in updating the production plan, particularly in the absence of the Production Planner.
• Support the Production Planner and Production Manager in coordinating and streamlining workflow.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between departments to minimise delays and optimise patient order delivery.
