Job Description:
- Work Flexibility: Field-based
- Provide clinical product support to end users and on-site guidance during surgical procedures.
- Provide training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to assigned accounts.
- Offer feedback on product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Train surgeons and OR staff on the operation of robotic applications and associated equipment.
- Use proprietary software for pre-operative planning and assist in implant positioning.
- Prepare reports detailing case reviews, services, and recommendations for improvements.
- Manage local inventories of equipment, instruments, and disposables; process sales orders; provide forecast input.
- Support company demonstrations and visits to showcase products.
- Train hospital personnel on system use and disposables.
- Report complaints promptly according to quality systems.
- Resolve product issues efficiently.
- Support case coverage at unassigned accounts.
- Assist in developing and executing sales plans and increasing system utilization.
- Build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, emphasizing clinical benefits.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase awareness.
- Obtain purchase orders and track inventories.
- Support manual and revision cases and key account management.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma; Bachelor’s preferred in business or a related technical field.
- Experience in sales or technical environments (medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare) preferred.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and business procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze specifications and assist customer product selections.
- Travel percentage: 70%
