We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated professional who will be responsible for driving Stryker’s Joint Replacement and Robotics business in the Sussex area. You will be trained and certified to support the Mako Smart Robotics programme, providing technical expertise that will give you an advantage in selling all of Stryker’s products and services. As part of a high-caliber, performance-driven sales team, you must have a passion for delivering results, improving outcomes, and making patients’ lives better.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop an effective territory sales strategy to drive growth.
  2. Deliver annual sales targets and other key performance objectives.
  3. Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support for robotic arm applications, equipment, and instruments to ensure optimal placement and precision.
  4. Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the RIO/Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System, assisting surgeons in preoperative planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
  5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders in NHS & private medical sectors, including consultants, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
  7. Provide in-theatre product support for manual & robotic cases.
  8. Work effectively as part of a team.
  9. Attend and participate in key professional congresses and events.
  10. Maintain and acquire new product, technology, and market knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with colleagues from other Stryker divisions to increase market share.

  • Working knowledge of NHS, experience in a theatre environment, or medical devices is advantageous.
