Job summary

Stannah Management Services in St Albans is seeking a Product Support Manager to lead safety and compliance for our lift portfolio, driving improvements with OEM partners and supporting new product development. The role involves collaboration with installation teams, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

The position is permanent and hybrid, with initial time at our Andover Head Office before transitioning to hybrid working within Southern England, including London.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Lift Installation or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other technical tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives, and Building Regulations.

Product Support Manager Jobs in Southern England at Stannah – Join our Team!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced lift industry professional who is passionate about product safety, compliance, and technical excellence.

Are you an expert in lift products, standards, and compliance? Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while driving continuous product improvement? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

As Product Support Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our new lift products remain safe, compliant, and fit for market. Working closely with installation teams, suppliers, OEMs, and industry stakeholders, you'll provide technical leadership across product safety, compliance, development, and installation support.

This is a permanent hybrid opportunity, to ensure a successful induction, you'll be based at our Andover Head Office for the first few months while completing your training and becoming familiar with the role, before transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement.

Ideally you will be based Southern England including London.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 830 to 1715 and Friday 830 to 1330

Product Support Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead product safety and compliance across our lift portfolio.

Product Support Manager Requirements:

• NVQ in Lift Installation, CAD qualifications, or equivalent industry experience. An Engineering Degree would be advantageous.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other technical tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives, and Building Regulations.
