Job summary

Stannah Group in Andover is seeking a Product Support Manager to ensure lift products are safe, compliant, and market-ready. You will lead cross-functional teams and work with installation teams, suppliers, OEMs, and industry stakeholders to provide technical leadership on safety and compliance.

Based at our Andover Head Office with a first-month in-office induction, the role moves to a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Lift Installation or equivalent industry experience.
• CAD qualifications or Engineering Degree is advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives and Building Regulations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead product safety and compliance across lift portfolio.
• Manage product investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain technical documentation, testing records, and certifications.
• Drive product improvements with OEM partners and support new product development.
• Provide expert technical support, training, and guidance to installation teams and customers.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced lift industry professional who is passionate about product safety, compliance, and technical excellence.

Are you an expert in lift products, standards, and compliance? Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while driving continuous product improvement? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

As Product Support Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our new lift products remain safe, compliant, and fit for market. Working closely with installation teams, suppliers, OEMs, and industry stakeholders, you'll provide technical leadership across product safety, compliance, development, and installation support.

This is a permanent hybrid opportunity. To ensure a successful induction, you'll be based at our Andover Head Office for the first few months while completing your training and becoming familiar with the role, before transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 830 to 1715 and Friday 830 to 1330
