As a Product Support Engineer - Rail, you will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mtu rail products, following the standards specified in the manuals and in accordance with contract requirements, embracing digitalisation.

What you will be doing:

• Perform preventative, scheduled, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for maintenance and procedures.
• Conduct planned maintenance as per operating instructions.
• Attend customer meetings for work sign-off.
• Undertake fault finding and repairs using technical documentation.
• Complete documentation for all work for company and customer records.
• Engage in HSQE management processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of onsite facilities.
• Attend training to keep skills current.
• Participate in 24/7 shift work including callouts.
• Work as a mobile engineer with provided van, if required.
• Carry out related activities, including depot coverage.
• Report parts used during service activities accurately.
• Utilize IT systems effectively, such as Go!Care, C4S, eWeb, and others.
