Job summary

Tiger Trailers Limited is seeking a Product Support Engineer to bridge design, production and customers. You’ll diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage warranty and repair cases, and contribute to ongoing product improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction and reliability after delivery.

This role involves hands-on problem solving with mechanical and electrical systems, producing technical drawings and repair instructions, coordinating parts and BOMs, and travelling to customer sites when

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience in aftersales, technical support, or field service is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt aftersales support to customers and manage technical cases.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults; create detailed reports and corrective actions.
• Produce technical drawings and repair instructions using CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar).
• Coordinate parts, materials, and BOMs using the company’s systems.
• Travel to customer sites for inspections, installations, or fault diagnosis as required.
