Are you interested in becoming a Product Support Advisor? If you’re seeking a new challenge and you would like to make a difference in the world of Safeguarding, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy problem-solving, are great listeners, and have strong communication skills. The right candidate will join our Product Support Team as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries from our external customers, resolving queries, escalating where necessary, and helping us deliver the best service to our 19,000+ customer base.

Full-Time Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, and 09:00 - 17:00 on Friday. This role is office-based for the first 6 months with the option of hybrid working thereafter.

Responsibilities
  1. Answering first-line support inquiries via telephone, email, and our CRM system (Salesforce).
  2. Providing outstanding customer service to all clients.
  3. Contributing fairly to departmental goals.
  4. Attending training, listening to guidance & communication, and utilizing resources to understand responsibilities related to the processing and protection of Personal Information while complying with the CPOMS Privacy Policy.
  5. Identifying risks and understanding regulatory requirements related to Personal Information, and implementing measures to mitigate and manage these risks.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Confidence in speaking over the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Great listening skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathy for people from diverse backgrounds, including customers, second-line teams, management, and development teams.
  • Grade C or above in Maths and English.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Experience with support helpdesk software such as Salesforce.

All roles are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
