Job Description:

A brilliant opportunity for a talented Graduate to work as a Product Specialist, joining a market-leading disruptive software technology firm in London. Offering excellent training, career progression, and prospects, this is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding machine learning software house. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver Proof of Concepts and assist with live customer projects for a machine learning platform.

Location:

Central London – 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Requirements:

• A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor's degree from an internationally renowned university in a STEM or Law discipline
• At least ABB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please include A-Level grades on your CV)
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash
• Sales aptitude - while not a sales role, a sales spark is required
• Motivated self-starter with problem-solving skills
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for clients and liaise with internal teams
• Manage live customer projects from planning to review
• Provide customer training and workflow advice
• Identify new project opportunities
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to tech team as needed
• Understand the company's technology to advise on data import/export
• Update management on account status
