Job summary

TPP, a global healthcare technology company, seeks a confident Product Specialist to demonstrate our solutions and train clients. You will manage LMS resources, create training materials, and deliver engaging sessions online and in-person across the UK and internationally.

Based in Leeds with travel across the UK and abroad, the role involves workshop facilitation and acting as an ambassador at industry conferences while supporting customers with proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Professional and confident in delivering training and demonstrations.
• Background in a customer-facing or training role, ideally within healthcare.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish or Mandarin would be beneficial but not essential.

Job description

We are seeking a confident and professional Product Specialist with a passion for technology and healthcare to join TPP, a leading global healthcare technology company. This varied role will involve acting as both a demonstrator and trainer, where you will showcase the capabilities of our products and provide training to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presentations and product demonstrations to customers in the UK and internationally.
• Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) eLearning platform, ensuring effective and up-to-date training resources.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• The role is primarily based in Leeds with regular travel across the UK and internationally.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish or Mandarin would be beneficial but not essential.

Salary and Benefits

Requirements

• Full UK driving license.
• Minimum of eight C grades at GCSE or equivalent.
• Minimum of three C grades at A-level or equivalent.

International equivalents are accepted however for visa sponsorship, an IELTS score of 6.5+ or degree from a UK university is required.
