Job summary

Listers Group is seeking a Product Specialist to inspire customers about Land Rover features in our Hereford showroom. You’ll welcome clients in, respond to inquiries, and deliver engaging product presentations with deep brand knowledge. This is a great entry path for ambitious individuals aiming to excel in automotive sales.

Job description

As a Product Specialist your main responsibility will be to use your engaging personality to inspire and excite customers about the features and benefits of the latest Land Rover products and technologies. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week.(8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays). Excellent Basic Salary with bonus OTE up to £30,000 plus benefits. As part of the sales team you will be a point of contact to our clients, welcoming them in to our showroom or responding to telephone or online enquiries. You will deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, showing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Land Rover. This role is the perfect starting position for someone with career aspirations of becoming a high performing Sales Executive.

Role and responsibilities to include:

To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment whilst taking responsibility for the day to day maintenance and presentation of the showroom and used car display.
You will also be expected to provide insightful information during test drives and demonstrating product options to customers when required.
To support the sales team ensuring that customers vehicles are ready for handover at the agreed time.
To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

You don't need to be from the motor industry; however you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
