Younique Healthcare & Mobility are experienced mobility consultants dedicated to improving the lives of wheelchair users, mobility customers, powered/electric wheelchair users and nursing home residents. With years of expertise, we provide assistance with sales, service, repairs of a wide range of mobility solutions for the home, bathroom, bedroom, transport, wheelchairs, scooters, ramps, and accessories.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Specialist, based in Halesowen and surrounds. The Product Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers with product selection, providing detailed product information, and supporting sales activities. The role involves engaging with customers both in-person and via remote communication to deliver exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings.
This role is 100% sales and sales generation.


Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Specialist and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Background in sales and ability to engage with customers effectively, consultive selling skills highly desirable
• Strong new business generation skills is a prerequisite
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with nursing home sales is a significant bonus
• Relevant certifications or training in mobility solutions preferred
