Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Product Security Engineer to join our Derby or Bristol teams. You will help secure a range of Rolls-Royce products against cyber and supply chain threats, contributing across the project lifecycle from concept to final production release.

You will work in cross-functional teams across software, hardware, maintenance and manufacturing, developing security practices and guiding colleagues to build resilient, high-performing systems within flagship programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 2+ years’ experience, OR
• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 0+ years’ experience OR
• JD/PhD

Responsibilities

• Secure Rolls-Royce products against cyber, supply chain, and other security threats across the project lifecycle.
• Lead development, documentation, and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership within teams and collaborate with government, customers, suppliers, and industry experts to meet security requirements.
• Develop and disseminate systems security and resilience best practices across the business.
