Based in the iconic Battersea Power Station office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in-office), this role ensures SharkNinja’s products meet global safety and compliance standards across multiple markets and product categories.

What You’ll Do

• Lead compliance activities for low and medium complexity products across global regions.

• Manage product certification projects, including design reviews and risk reporting.

• Evaluate consumer data and market activity to identify and respond to safety risks.

• Oversee recurring certification processes (EPA, restricted materials, chemicals).

• Support certification updates for legacy products and contribute to regulatory reviews.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

• 2+ years' experience in compliance or design of electromechanical products preferred.

• Understanding of regulatory standards and experience in DFMEA sessions is a plus.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and drive improvements.

• Comfortable presenting technical information across different levels of the organization.
