Job summary

TechPoint Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead product quality across the organisation, implementing best-in-class processes to exceed customer expectations for quality, cost and delivery. You will manage the Quality Management System and mentor teams to deliver excellence from NPI to Aftermarket.

Applicants should have engineering background with electronics manufacturing exposure, strong leadership, auditing and reporting skills, and be willing to travel across sites in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100.
• Auditing expertise.
• Engineering background, electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel with driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of product quality from NPI to Aftermarket.
• Develop and mentor the quality team.
• Drive ISO9001 and AS9100 accreditation.
• Implement quality processes to meet objectives.
• Lead reductions in PPM, warranty, and cost of quality.
• Audit processes and report findings.
• Serve as main contact for customers and suppliers.
