Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon is seeking a Product Quality Auditor to join the Pharma Services unit. The role focuses on reviewing batch records before QP certification and release, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and KPI targets within OTIF timelines, and logging constraints as needed.

The position is full time and on-site at headquarters. You will work in a busy Product Quality Team, with opportunities for professional development across a rapidly growing organisation.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including English Language and Maths.
• Previous significant experience working within an established Quality System (e.g. GMP, ISO)
• Level 5 qualification or above

Responsibilities

• Review batch records prior to QP certification and release.
• Support Product Quality objectives in relation to delivery of batches on OTIF timelines.
• Generate KPI data from electronic transactions.
• Ensure customer requirements for batch release are met in relation to Promise Date and log constraints as required.

The Role

Working as part of the Pharma Services Business Unit, based in our Headquarters in Craigavon, the Product Quality Auditor will work as part of the Product Quality Team responsible for review of batch records prior to QP certification and release.

They will support the Product Quality department objectives in relation to the delivery of batches in line with OTIF timelines, including performing the associated electronic transactions required to generate KPI data.

They will also ensure customer requirements for batch release are met in relation to Promise Date, escape any anticipated issues in meeting these timelines to the Product Quality Team Leader and log constraints as required.
