Almac Pharma Services is seeking a student to join the Technical Quality team on a hands-on validation-focused placement. You will contribute to qualification of equipment, facilities, utilities and software systems, and support validation of manufacturing and packaging processes.

You will assist with design documents, validation plans, risk assessments, protocols and reports, as well as data analysis and testing activities. Strong organisation, communication and IT skills are essential.

• This opportunity would suit a student who is organised, accurate and keen to build practical experience in technical quality and validation.
• GCSE Mathematics and English, or equivalent, at Grade A-C, plus A Levels or equivalent.
• Currently studying at undergraduate or postgraduate level in a science or technical discipline, such as engineering or IT.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, for example through part-time work or work experience.
• Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage several tasks and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Additional science or technical qualifications, experience within a regulated quality system, or knowledge of validation requirements in the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.
• Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions or possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full-time employment in the UK.
