Moog Controls Ltd. in Tewkesbury, UK, is seeking a Product Engineer - Operations Support to drive continuous improvement in EHSV assembly and test processes.

You will support production delivery, optimize processes, and resolve issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical interfaces. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 2+ years engineering experience, plus strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (equivalent experience may be considered).
• 2+ years mechanical or process engineering experience (Engineer level).
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience in precision manufacturing or process engineering environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support EHSV build and test processes in Assembly & Test environment to meet production delivery requirements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Analyze build and performance data to support process optimization and engineering decisions.
• Develop and improve manufacturing/test processes to increase yield and reduce product failure risk.
• Collaborate with sustainment test equipment teams to diagnose and resolve testing issues.
• Assist with rapid containment actions and long-term corrective actions for production issues.
• Partner with technicians and cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.
