Job summary

Moog Inc. in Tewkesbury, UK is seeking a Product Engineer - Operations Support to back Electro Hydraulic Servo Valve (EHSV) build/test processes.

You will drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and work with technicians and engineers to meet delivery, quality and performance goals. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, with 2+ years in related fields, plus experience reading drawings, PFMEA/Control Plans, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Associate: relevant mechanical or process engineering experience with mechanical/hydraulic knowledge.
• Engineer: 2+ years in mechanical or process engineering with strong hydraulic knowledge.
• Reads and interprets technical drawings; works with test rigs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support EHSV build and test processes in Assembly & Test environment.
• Identify process improvements to enhance cost, quality, and delivery.
• Analyze build data to support optimization and decisions.
• Develop manufacturing/test processes to improve yield and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with sustainment test equipment teams to diagnose issues.
