Staffline is seeking an experienced Product and Process Engineer for a 6‑month contract in Tewkesbury, focused on design, assembly and testing processes for hydraulic production hardware. You will resolve complex issues, write instructions and worksheets, and drive yield improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical engineering degree with core experience in mechanical and hydraulic systems, PFMEA, Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Core experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Writing or maintaining Assembly Instructions and Production Worksheets.
• Developing mitigation actions identified in PFMEA.
• Developing processes to increase yield and reduce risk of failure.
• Identifying tooling requirements needed in assembly and test environment.
• Analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Collate build and performance data.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product and Process Engineering professional to join a prominent aerospace engineering business for a 6-month contract to support growth.

You will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to the design, assembly, and testing processes of production hardware, predominantly centered around hydraulics.
