Job summary

Omega Resource Group in Tewkesbury is seeking an experienced Product Process Engineer for a 6-month contract to support growth in aerospace production. You will resolve complex issues in the design, assembly, and testing processes of hydraulic production hardware.

You will write and maintain Assembly Instructions and Production Worksheets, develop mitigation actions from PFMEA, and identify tooling needs. Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and hydraulic systems is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Core experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Writing or maintaining Assembly Instructions and Production Worksheets.
• Developing mitigation actions identified in PFMEA.
• Developing processes to increase yield and reduce risk of failure.
• Identifying tooling requirements needed in assembly and test environment.

The Role – Product Process Engineer r

We are seeking an experienced Product and Process Engineering professional to join a prominent aerospace engineering business for a 6-month contract to support growth.

You will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to the design, assembly, and testing processes of production hardware, predominantly centered around hydraulics.
