Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in asset management product strategy and regulatory change.
  • Strong knowledge of pooled product structures including UCITS and non-UCITS.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.

Job Description

As a Product Principal focused on Regulatory Change, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our product offerings remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with evolving industry standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the implementation of regulatory change across UK and European fund ranges
  • Managing product lifecycle activities to ensure ongoing compliance and client alignment
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory and industry-led initiatives
  • Embedding new regulatory procedures into existing product processes
  • Supporting product governance through committee and board presentations
  • Engaging with stakeholders across Investments, Distribution, Legal, Risk, and Operations
  • Providing technical product support on regulation, tax, disclosures, and operations
  • Analysing market and competitor trends to inform product enhancements

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in asset management product strategy and regulatory change
  • Strong knowledge of pooled product structures including UCITS and non-UCITS
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent understanding of UK, Irish, and Luxembourg fund regulations
  • Professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA, CAIA or equivalent (desirable)
  • Project management accreditation (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
