Job summary

Sanderson Design Group plc is seeking a Lead Product & Performance Manager to own the product portfolio across its six brands – shaping range plans, budgets and commercial strategy to turn design heritage into strong sales performance.

Based in Chiswick with a hybrid working model, you will collaborate with senior leaders across Design, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to align launches, stock levels and ROI across collections and brands.

Qualifications

• Significant merchandising experience at senior level.
• Strong track record in range planning, forecasting and OTB management.
• Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define, agree and deliver product budgets, collection direction and the wider product roadmap.
• Own the three-year product plan and ensure range architecture reflects performance and growth opportunities.
• Balance commercial ambition with focus to maximise sales while controlling SKU count.
• Plan, source, buy and supply new products designed to outperform historical sales and profit.
