Job summary

Sanderson Design Group seeks a Brands Licensing & Partnerships Manager to lead licensing strategy across our luxury interior brands. You will identify opportunities, secure agreements and manage ongoing partnerships to uphold brand integrity and quality.

You will partner with design, marketing, sales and legal teams to deliver licensed collections from concept to market, driving growth and ROYALTY performance across categories and territories.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand licensing or interiors.
• Strong negotiating and deal-structuring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the licensing strategy across the brand portfolio.
• Manage relationships with licensees and partners.
• Lead licensing negotiations, terms, and contract renewals.
• Guide licensed collections from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
• Monitor performance and report to senior leadership.
