Job summary

Entrust seeks a Customer Performance Analyst to combine data analytics with customer engagement, improving product performance and satisfaction across our global offerings.

You will analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations to help customers achieve objectives while partnering with cross-functional teams. Flexibility in work arrangements is supported across remote, hybrid, and on-site options.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience using spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in both structured and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Entrust products and performance metrics.
• Analyze customer performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to help customers achieve objectives.
• Build relationships with customers through clear, timely, and empathetic communication.
• Monitor key product performance indicators and escalate concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Take ownership of investigations from problem definition through to resolution.
