Summary:
Our client is a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to revolutionize cross-border payments in emerging markets. Backed by leading investors and founded by experienced entrepreneurs, the company is focused on enabling immigrants to send money home instantly and fee-free, driving financial inclusion. In this fast-paced environment, they're looking for a strategic and results-oriented Partnerships Product Lead to drive the company's growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take ownership of and develop relationships with key partners including banks, fintech players and product providers.
  2. Own and refine the partnership strategy to align with business objectives and revenue goals.
  3. Lead negotiations and manage deal execution to ensure favourable commercial terms.
  4. Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  5. Track partnership performance and adjust strategies to optimize impact.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging fintech opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or product management with a commercial focus.
  2. Proven success in managing and executing strategic partnerships in fintech, banking or related industries.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  4. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
  5. Willingness to travel as required.
  6. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Desirable Experience:
  1. Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  2. Familiarity with stablecoins and cross-border payment ecosystems.
  3. Strong understanding of international markets and diverse partner ecosystems.
