The Role Scope

Lead the development and optimization of our new multi-language, multi-currency e-commerce website to enhance localized and personalized customer experiences. Translate business needs into market-specific websites and advanced product features.

Product Vision and Strategy:

• Act as the CEO of the website product.
• Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager to define vision and roadmap.
• Gather requirements regularly to align the roadmap with business strategy.
• Coordinate with IT teams to define requirements and manage scope.
• Report on the business impact of new sites and features to prioritize projects.
• Stay informed on pricing and competitor offerings across markets.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Lead UX/UI designers, developers, and QA testers to ensure a cohesive experience.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals.
• Manage sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Update stakeholders on product development progress.

About You

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
• Skilled in translating needs into requirements and managing backlogs.
• Proficient in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with e-commerce web or mobile applications.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for mobile.
• Knowledge of MandM’s brand and customer base is a plus.
