Zusammenfassung

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Owner to drive the evolution of its marketplace platform, translating customer needs into outcomes. You will own the backlog, collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams, define user stories, contribute to roadmaps and monitor metrics to improve the customer journey and business results.

You will champion Agile and the voice of the customer, gather insights from users and stakeholders, and shape the future direction of the platform to deliver

Qualifikationen

Experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in digital products.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience managing backlogs and translating requirements into user stories.
Customer-first mindset with passion for great digital experiences.
Strong stakeholder management and communication with data-driven decisions.

Aufgaben

Own and prioritise the product backlog with focus on high value opportunities.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Commercial and Operations teams.
Gather insights from users, stakeholders and market trends to identify opportunities.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements.
Support creation and execution of product roadmaps aligned to objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and feedback to drive improvement.
Champion Agile ways of working and voice of the customer.
Help shape the future direction of the marketplace platform.
