Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland seeks a Product Owner to own the Hub 360 platform from creation through adoption. You will define the product vision, prioritise features, and drive measurable business outcomes across stores, garages, affiliates, and internal teams.

You will work with engineering to define technical requirements, lead migration from legacy assets, and steer adoption with commercial stakeholders. This role reports to the B2B Digital Portfolio Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a digital product build, not just managing enhancements.
• Strong commercial instincts – understand business value and adoption drivers.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum with engineering teams, preferably Microsoft tech.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own Hub 360 product vision, roadmap, and commercial success.
• Define and prioritise features based on business value and customer impact.
• Evaluate legacy assets and plan migration into Hub 360.
• Balance speed to market with technical quality and business priorities.
• Lead the ground‑up creation with engineering for technical requirements.
• Support UAT and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Monitor adoption metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
