Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for a set of Life Events propositions.
• Build, manage and prioritise a clear backlog aligned to customer needs and group objectives.
• Use data, insight and research to understand customer behaviour बुधवार possible opportunities for improvement.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics and policy teams to deliver high‑quality features and experiences.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator who can influence and collaborate across teams and seniority levels.
• Organised, delivery‑focused and committed to achieving meaningful outcomes.
• Experience within the financial services industry is useful.
