Company Introduction:

We’re seeking a Data Product Owner – Metrics and Reporting to lead the development of data-driven solutions for Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role involves spearheading the creation of automated Continuous Controls Monitoring and Business Intelligence dashboards, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable data products for a financial services client.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for IAM reporting and analytics solutions.
• Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and relevance across the IAM BI suite.
• Initially focus on enhancing Business Intelligence capabilities and dashboarding tools.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in data-driven environments.
• Strong background in data management, dashboards, and BI tools.
• Solid understanding of IAM or similar control environments.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
