Company Introduction: We’re seeking a Data Product Owner – Metrics and Reporting to lead in shaping and delivering data-driven solutions for Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role involves developing automated Continuous Controls Monitoring and Business Intelligence dashboards, working with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable data products for a financial services client.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for IAM reporting and analytics solutions
• Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable user stories
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks in line with business objectives
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and relevance across the IAM BI suite
• Initially focus on advancing Business Intelligence capabilities and dashboarding tools

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Manager in data-driven environments
• Strong background in data management, dashboards, and business intelligence
• Solid understanding of IAM or similar control environments
• Expertise in Agile frameworks and product lifecycle management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
