Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Product Owner in the Manchester/Leeds area to shape the evolution of our market-leading digital marketplace. You will translate business needs into tangible product initiatives and collaborate across Engineering, UX, Data, Commercial and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.

You will own the backlog, define user stories, and drive roadmaps, using data and market insights to inform prioritisation.

Qualifications

Experience as Product Owner or similar digital role.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery.
Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
Customer-first mindset with passion for digital experiences.
Strong stakeholder management and communication.
Data-driven decision making.
Collaborative and able to challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritise the product backlog, focusing on the highest value opportunities.
Work with Engineering, UX, Data, Commercial and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Gather insights from users, stakeholders and market trends to identify opportunities.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria and product requirements for delivery.
Support creation and execution of product roadmaps aligned to objectives.
Monitor metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Champion Agile ways of working and voice of the customer throughout the lifecycle.
Help shape the future direction of the marketplace and customer journey.
