Job summary

Delta Housing in Chelmsford is seeking a Product Owner to own and prioritise a pipeline of change across housing technology, translating priorities into deliverable outcomes. You’ll shape backlogs across Salesforce, MS Dynamics and other platforms, collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers.

You will drive prioritisation using business value, risk and regulatory requirements, facilitate discovery and planning, and convert needs into epics and user stories in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst/PM in technology initiatives.
• Experience managing product backlogs and change pipelines in Agile/Hybrid environments.
• Strong prioritisation, roadmap development, backlog refinement and value-led decisions.
• Experience with housing management systems, Microsoft Power Platform and CRMs such as D365 or Salesforce.
• Delivery lifecycle participation from discovery through design, build, test, release and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise change using business value, risk, urgency, dependencies and capacity.
• Facilitate discovery, backlog refinement and planning activities; capture needs and success measures.
• Translate needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
