Job summary

Delta Housing Ltd, Chelmsford, United Kingdom, is hiring a permanent full-time Product Owner. The role follows a hybrid policy with 1–2 days in the office, 37 hours per week, and a salary of £62,000 per year.

You will own and prioritise the change pipeline across housing tech platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and translate strategy into epics, collaborating with stakeholders, developers and suppliers to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Product Owner/PM in technology initiatives.
• Experience managing backlogs, change pipelines, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.

• Experience with housing management systems, Power Platform, and CRMs such as D365/Salesforce.
• Experience supporting the delivery lifecycle from discovery through adoption.
• Ability to balance strategic change, regulatory demand, and BAU enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain product backlogs across Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and other platforms.

• Prioritise change using value, risk, urgency, dependencies, capacity, performance, and regulatory needs.
• Facilitate discovery, backlog refinement, and planning, capturing needs, outcomes, benefits, and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role on technology initiatives.
• Experience managing product backlogs, change pipelines, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile, hybrid, or iterative environment.
