Job summary

Revolut in London is looking for an experienced Product Lead to shape and deliver high-impact consumer products. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Data to drive growth and customer value across core money apps.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong UX, and leadership in a fast-growing environment. You’ll translate strategy into roadmaps, ship key features, and mentor teams while partnering with Marketing, Legal, and Strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
• 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products
• 1+ years of experience managing people
• Outstanding communication skills
• An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
• High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
• Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
• A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
• An entrepreneurial drive to never settle

Responsibilities

• Setting team goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals
• Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
• Owning your team’s products from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
• Working closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
• Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
• Partnering with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams
