Zusammenfassung

Barclays is seeking a Director to lead the OnePath product (automated change governance) and translate strategy into a prioritised plan. You will partner with Engineering, Risk and Business teams and deputise for the Lead Product Owner in delivery and ongoing governance of the product.

You will manage a large team, align features with business goals, define acceptance criteria, and drive continuous improvement in a complex, regulated environment. The role base location can be London or Knutsford.

Qualifikationen

• Product owner or product management expertise across multiple teams in technology change governance.
• Experience operating a portfolio or programme within Agile/SAFe delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage senior committees.

Aufgaben

• Own the operating plan for the product function, translating strategy into a prioritised roadmap.
• Run regular cadence across team and stakeholders to align priorities and remove duplication.
• Own interlock with Engineering Lead and RTE on sequencing and capacity.
• Own executive reporting cycle for product delivery and management.
• Track delivery against portfolio objectives and elevate risks early to realise business value.
