Globalpayer in Cambridge is seeking a Product Owner to shape the future of global commerce within our Card Acceptance team. You’ll translate strategy into actionable features and clear acceptance criteria.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, refine the backlog in Jira, participate in Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan releases that deliver real value to customers and operations.

Formación

• Experience in software development as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience refining epics/features, writing and prioritizing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience creating detailed specifications and user/training guides.
• Ability to understand multiple user journeys and regional requirements.
• Understanding of APIs and their lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Refine features with stories and acceptance criteria to deliver real value.
• Maintain the team backlog and ensure quality in Jira.
• Provide regular demonstrations to stakeholders to secure acceptance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product releases.
• Own end-to-end changes, mitigate blockers, and seek continual improvement.
• Produce specifications and user/training guides as needed.
