Job Description: We are seeking a senior Business Analyst with trading experience to leverage their knowledge of financial markets and trading processes. The role involves identifying business needs, analyzing data, and recommending solutions to improve and optimize trading operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and documenting business requirements related to trading operations, including front-to-back processes.
• Collaborating with traders and stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs.
• Analyzing existing processes and systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Designing and implementing solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Developing system requirements and specifications for trading systems.
• Understanding execution workflows across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and FX.
• Working closely with developers and product managers to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including executives, to explain complex issues and solutions.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and project progress.
• Familiarity with trade capture, execution, and lifecycle events.
• Collaborating with traders on new products or services development.
