Job Description: We are seeking senior personnel in the UK.

The Business Analyst with trading experience will leverage their knowledge of financial markets and trading processes to identify business needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve and optimize operations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and documenting business requirements related to trading operations, including front-to-back processes.
2. Collaborating with traders and stakeholders to understand challenges and needs.
3. Analyzing existing processes for improvements.
4. Reviewing systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
5. Working with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
6. Developing system requirements and specifications for trading systems.
7. Understanding execution workflows across asset classes like equities, fixed income, and FX.
8. Working with developers and product managers to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.
9. Communicating with stakeholders, including executives, to explain issues and solutions.
10. Managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed.
11. Familiarity with trade capture, execution, and lifecycle events.
12. Documenting system requirements for new or modified trading systems.
13. Collaborating with traders on new products or services.
