Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with trading experience in the UK.

The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of financial markets and trading processes to identify business needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve and optimize trading operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and documenting business requirements related to trading operations, including front-to-back processes.
• Collaborating with traders and stakeholders to understand challenges and needs.
• Analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyzing systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Designing and implementing solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Developing system requirements and specifications for trading systems.
• Understanding execution workflows across asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX).
• Working with developers and product managers to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including executives.
• Managing expectations and project progress.
• Familiarity with trade capture, execution, and lifecycle events.
• Collaborating with traders on new products or services.
