Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with trading experience in the UK.

The Business Analyst will leverage their knowledge of financial markets and trading processes to identify business needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve and optimize trading operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and documenting business requirements related to trading operations, including front-to-back processes.
• Collaborating with traders and stakeholders to understand challenges and needs.
• Analyzing existing processes to identify improvements.
• Analyzing systems to find bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Working with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
• Developing system requirements and specifications for trading systems.
• Understanding execution workflows across asset classes (e.g., equities, fixed income, FX).
• Ensuring solutions meet business and technical needs by working with developers and product managers.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and executives.
• Managing expectations and project progress updates.
• Familiarity with trade capture, execution, and lifecycle events.
• Collaborating with traders on new products or services.
