Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating needs into clear priorities and practical requirements. You will own the backlog, guide prioritisation, support delivery, and ensure the platform meets customer, operational, and commercial needs.

You’ll collaborate across business, product, analysis, technology, and delivery teams, shaping a next-generation analytics platform for Consumer Health and FMCG contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar delivery role.
• Strong understanding of commercial, operational, or customer-facing business environments.
• Ability to shape clear requirements, priorities, and delivery outcomes with technical teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across business and tech audiences.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset to support decisions and improve outcomes.
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog and prioritise based on customer value and delivery capacity.
• Define direction for features, working with stakeholders to understand problems and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to sprint planning, release planning, governance, and issue resolution.
