Job summary

Taylor Hall Recruitment is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner for our Data & Analytics team to own the data product and drive value across stakeholders and development teams.

You will prioritise the data product roadmap, translate business needs into clear requirements, and support delivery through the Agile lifecycle, with a focus on data quality, reporting, and governance across Credit Risk and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/PO experience in data or analytics
• Experience in Agile/Scrum
• Knowledge of Power BI and data analytics
• Experience with Alteryx, SAS or Click & Decide would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the data product roadmap and backlog.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Be a key member of the Data Scrum team, supporting delivery through the full Agile lifecycle.
• Work with development teams to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery.
• Drive improvements in data quality, reporting and analytics.
• Support our wider data strategy and data-driven decision making.
• Manage projects across areas such as Credit Risk and Data Governance.
