Job summary

Qubitra is seeking an experienced product leader to own the backlog for its algo trading and quantum platform. You will translate client conversations into actionable specs, guide engineering through gates, and own user acceptance, shaping the product direction with the COO, Head of Engineering, and CEO.

The role requires turning strategic input into concrete product plans, maintaining traceability to business objectives, and collaborating with vendors to keep scope and capacity honest.

Qualifications

• Experience turning client needs into detailed specs for engineering.
• Ability to manage product backlog for algo trading and platform.
• Track record of enforcing gates and end-user acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog across algo trading and the ecosystem platform.
• Turn client needs and internal direction into specifications engineers can build from.
• Hold the delivery process at each gate and ensure smooth lifecycle.
• Own user acceptance, ensuring what was shipped matches needs.
• Maintain traceability from work items to company objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and vendor teams on scope and capacity.
• Experience using Notion and Claude.
